Kunal Ganjawala Dazzles Bangalore at the Garuda Shopping Festival

The Garuda Shopping Festival reached its pinnacle on December 21st as renowned playback singer Kunal Ganjawala headlined Alive India in Concert Season 10 presented by Karma & Curry at Garuda Mall, Magrath Road. The evening was a nostalgic celebration of his melodious journey, uniting music lovers in a magical experience.  This concert was powered by TVS Apache, In Association with Bangalore Mirror, Brought to You by Club A Showroom, Supported By Conrad Hotels, Kia Motors, Tripcraft and Ginger Hotels. 

The night opened with an engaging musical interaction by Supratik Ghosh, lead singer of Bangalore’s premium band Aurko and founder of Alive India. He sang some famous Retro hits like Jab Koi Baat, Chhoo Kar Mere Man Ko, Bade Ache Lagte hai, etc. He also paid tribute to legendary Md. Rafi by asking audience to stand when he sang ‘Gulabi Aankhein’. Mr. Supratik also shared insights about Alive India’s “Roti, Kapda, Makaan, Rozgaar” initiative, dedicated to empowering budding musicians. His passion and vision set the stage for a night to remember.  

At 7 PM sharp, Kunal Ganjawala took the stage, kicking off the concert with his Kannada chartbuster Neene Neene. The audience was enchanted as he performed more Kannada favorites like Kushiyagide and Neena Kanda, blending effortlessly into his Bollywood hits like Humdum Suniyo Re, Salaam Namaste, and Dil Na Diya.  

The evening turned deeply emotional as Kunal paid a heartfelt tribute to the late KK with soulful renditions of Zara Si Dil Mein, Kyon Aaj Kal, and Tu Hi Meri Shab Hai. The audience was visibly moved, honoring both artists with resounding applause. Kunal ended his set with his timeless classic Bheege Honth Tere, leaving the crowd in awe.  

Fans turned up in large numbers to celebrate the singer and his music, creating an electric atmosphere. Lucky fans even had the opportunity to meet Kunal at Karma & Curry, adding a personal touch to an already unforgettable evening.  

More than just a concert, the event was a Concert for a Cause. Through Alive India’s initiative, each ticket purchased contributed to nurturing young talent, making the audience a part of a transformative movement.  

The Garuda Shopping Festival now echoes with the soulful melodies of Kunal Ganjawala, Alive India’s inspiring mission, and the undying love of Bangalore’s music enthusiasts. It was truly a night of dreams, music, and unforgettable memories.
